Theonomy and the Westminster Standards

As a follow up to the discussion on Theonomy relative to its support in the Westminster Standards, an interesting article about the subject can be found here:

There was a good treatment on the implications that these revisions had on the meaning of the term “general equity” in Chapter 19.3.  This article will be linked in the sidebar for future reference.

 

On another note, I just completed “The Death of Death in the Death of Christ” written by John Owen.  This was an excellent work that provides a biblical justification for particular redemption.  This should cure any person who holds to universal redemption of that error, particular prevalent among Arminians.  Numerous excerpts from this work have appeared in the Lord’s Day Quotes posts, and many more will follow.
